I've always been a creative person. Whether it was art, design, or bringing ideas to life visually, I've always enjoyed finding ways to turn imagination into something people can see and connect with.
When I began my own publishing journey, I realized how important it was to have creative control over my work. I didn't want someone else making decisions about my stories or my books. That experience inspired me to help build Everflight Publishing, where authors remain in control of their creative vision while receiving professional support along the way.
One of my favorite parts of working with authors is watching them take ownership of their books and their careers. Every story deserves to be presented in a way that reflects the author's vision while capturing the attention of future readers.
As Co-Founder and Creative Director, I oversee the visual side of Everflight Publishing and Moon Matter Publishing. I work with authors to create book covers that are both eye-catching and true to their stories, while also assisting with branding, formatting, and the creative direction of each project.
My goal is to make sure every book not only looks professional but also gives readers a reason to pick it up.
A great book cover should show, not tell. It should spark curiosity, capture emotion, and invite readers to discover the story waiting inside. I believe the best designs combine an author's vision with thoughtful, marketable design choices that help the book stand out while remaining authentic to the story it represents.
